During the month of July, Clube de Vela Atlântico promotes the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the first circumnavigation voyage around the planet, led by Fernão de Magalhães, with a number of initiatives, bringing together the three municipalities of the Atlantic Front: Porto, Matosinhos and Vila Nova de Gaia .

The third edition of the municipal program Desporto no Bairro, presented at the end of Tuesday afternoon, now features another modality – street basket, which joins breaking, surf and skate – and aims to reach more than 1000 children and young people.
The blue flag already certifies the quality of another beach in Porto
The bathing season began a few days ago on the beaches of Porto and, on Tuesday morning, the most recent Blue Flag awarded to a beach in the city was hoisted. Praia do Aquário now holds the award for environmental quality, increasing the total number of Blue Flag beaches in Porto to nine.
And, at the end of the third day, the festivalgoers rested. NOS Primavera Sound took 100 thousand to Parque da Cidade.
Unlike the biblical text, in the case of NOS Primavera Sound, rest came to the end of the third day. Festivalgoers attended three days (and nights) full of music, on the comeback of the event to Parque da Cidade, after the years of pandemic – according to the organization, the venue received 100 thousand visitors.
