Porto Historic centre was named World Heritage by UNESCO twenty years ago

Portugal at the Error festival in Slovakia with Oupa! Cerco Project

The Oupa! Cerco will represent Portugal at the Error festival in Bratislava, Slovakia, where members of the project from Porto will present the initiative and give a concert. Gisela Borges, project coordinator, explained that "the festival has been taking place for 10 years and it is a retrospective of social work using art as a tool."
