Porto Municipality is installing a new system for pedestrian crosswalks, in trafiic lights lamp posts all over the city. The new signposts placed by the pedestrian crossings are more appealing and instructive. The purpose is that pedestrians use this system, thus increasing road crossing safety.

The Municipality of Porto encourages and promotes good rider behaviour, safe and tidy parking, and ultimately sustainability. Know that there are parking spaces for micromobility and that specific regulation must be observed. All is stated at the Porto City Hall website.

As of 6 January, Porto subway will add two new tube trains to its fleet; these new carriages have longitudinal seats, which will enable greater traffic fluidity and passenger accommodation.

Aliados Metro Station is equipped with a sign automatic two-way language translator on the floor -1, as of this Thursday, 18 October. It encompasses an interactive giant screen, which can operate in six languages and whose fundamental mission is to support deaf users regarding Metro Network FAQ.

Each Friday in Porto, the 5th MOVE Porto Metro 24H provides nonstop metro service every Friday and Saturday. Revellers can enjoy Porto by night without cutting their outings short in the Invicta as MOVE ensures safety, mobility and comfort in the context of nightlife transport availability.
