The latest edition of Porto Solidário, the Municipal Social Emergency Fund has approved all the admissible applications submitted. The income support programme, now in its 8th edition, covers a total of 615 new households in the city of Porto that are financially supported.

As of today, there is a second drive-thru Covid-19 testing centre in Porto, namely in the parish of Campanhã. This new equipment was set up in the parking lot of S. Roque, a space provide by the City Hall. This screening centre is run as the one set up at the Queimódromo (operated by Unilabs), since the beginning of the pandemic, the first of its kind to be set up in the country, and people don't need to exit their vehicles to get tested. The fifth AtlaS.WH - World Heritage Sites in the Atlantic Area - runs on a virtual format from 3 to 4 November.
