As of today, there is a second drive-thru Covid-19 testing centre in Porto, namely in the parish of Campanhã. This new equipment was set up in the parking lot of S. Roque, a space provide by the City Hall.
This screening centre is run as the one set up at the Queimódromo (operated by Unilabs), since the beginning of the pandemic, the first of its kind to be set up in the country, and people don't need to exit their vehicles to get tested. Also, the centre is open to the entire population, but it operates upon prior registration via the phone numbers 910 189 584, 910 189 626 or 910 202 627.
The laboratory Germano de Sousa is in charge of the screening centre, located at the S. Roque parking lot (Campanhã), and it runs from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 5pm, and on Sundays, between 10am and 4pm.
The Municipality of Porto has in place a set of enhanced measures to fight against the spread of the new coronavirus, which are jointly prepared with the District Commission of Porto Civil Protection and health authorities.
