Ramalde Skate Park is now bigger and has new features

Two years after its opening, Ramalde's Skate Park has been expanded. Integrated in the Ramalde Sports Park, the space increased from 950 square meters to an area of 1550 square meters, with new features and more potential for the athletes. In 2020 and 2021, these sports grounds had almost five thousand registrations in classes and scheduled activities and more than a thousand athletes or simply curious people in free training.

Salgueiros enters the pitch with CROA dogs for adoption

In the football match between Sport Comércio e Salgueiros and Clube Desportivo de Gouveia, played at Complexo Desportivo de Campanhã, on the 16thJanuary, the stars of the game were the four-legged friends. Fully equipped, they entered the pitch with the players of the mythic club from the city of Porto, brightening up a match. The action had as main goal raising awareness of the population to the conscious and responsible adoption of these animals available in Centro de Recolha Oficial de Anima

Warm colors for cold days on the Mural Coletivo da Restauração

The 14 modules of the supporting wall of the Palácio de Cristal Garden have a renewed face, exhibiting the new works selected as part of the Programa de Arte Urbana.The call for artistic interventions established the use of a common palette for all artists, to create a visual homogeneity on the mural. For this version, warm colours were suggested, as way to provide warmth and soothe the cold days.

Electricity distribution boxes brighten up Rua das Flores

Under the motto “500 anos da Rua das Flores”, 24 electricity distribution boxes greet the new year with new colours. The works result from Programa de Arte Urbana launched by the municipal company Ágora for the annual intervention in equipment arranged along the iconic street.

The greatest show in the Universe celebrates its 80th anniversary at Coliseu do Porto

At the age of 80, the Coliseu Christmas Circus no longer wants to be the greatest show in the world, but in the universe. In an edition inspired by unknown galaxies and planets, it showcases an adventure without a net that challenges all the limits of circus technics.

The magic of Christmas spreads light through the streets of Porto

The spirit of Christmas season is felt in the city. The lighting shines around 80 streets, squares, plazas, and gardens in Porto, where you can, again this year, find a Christmas tree in front of the City Hall building.
