Enhance both physical and mental wellbeing with Porto Municipal programmes

Sunny weather, which helps keep moral high and willingness to achieving wellbeing on all levels. This is a true possibility with the free municipal programmes Dias com Energia [Days with Energy] and Domingos em Forma [Sundays in Shape].

There are four green spaces in the city of Porto that offer both physical and mental boost to improve health and wellbeing. On 26 and 27 June, there are plenty opportunities to explore your favourite physical activity, such as Pilates, Tai-chi, Yoga, de Rose Method or a walk at the Gardens of the Palácio de Cristal, the Parque da Pasteleira, the Parque Oriental da Cidade and the Parque da Cidade.

All activities are free and are held under the supervision of a trained professional. Participants of all ages are welcome to join. Applications are done via email to (stating name of participants and programme, venue and chosen session) until 5.30 p, on Friday.
