"Days with Energy" municipal programme invites to outdoor workout and relaxation

With warm weather in town, everyone is invited to step outside and live the "Days with Energy". Be it Pilates, yoga or tai-chi sessions, the municipal programme provides a whole weekend of working out and inhaling the nature's fresh air.

Participation is free for people of all ages, experienced or inexperienced practitioners. Comfortable clothes and shoes are advised.

Simply show up at these locations at the scheduled time:

Saturday | Gardens of Palácio de Cristal

- Pilates: from 9 am to 10 am

- Ioga: from 10 am to 11 am

- Tai chi: from 11 am till midday

Sunday | Porto City Park

- Tai chi: from 9.30 am to 10.30 am (Next the Edifício Transparente)

- DeRose Method: from 11 am till midday (Next to the Water Pavilion)
