School Ship Sagres is in Leixões and open to visitors with extended operating hours.
The iconic vessel set sail from Lisbon Naval Base Sunday and docked at Leixões Port as part of the educational trip of first year students of the Naval School.
After this stop, Sagres ship will sail to Le Havre, in France, where it will participate in the Tall Ships Regatta, from 31 August to 3 September.
This mission comprises a garrison of 123 soldiers plus the 73 cadets of the Naval School.
