São Bento Station hosts "Xmas Ark" to support charity institutions

With the slogan "One buyout, an act of solidarity", the Xmas Ark will be held on 6 and 7 December at São Bento Station main concourse.

This event is jointly organised by Porto City Hall and Portugal's Infrastructure. This activity comprises the participation of 27 city institutions.

This ark is so much more than the usual tit-for-tat giving at Christmas. When purchasing from this establishments, you are giving money to good causes.
Each gift was manufactured by people that actually belong to or attend the institutions represented. 

This year, why not do some Christmas charity shopping and share the holiday spirit by spotlighting the work of social institutions?
