Rivoli premieres the performance "Solar das Índias" [Indian Manor] on 6 April at 9.30 pm. This is the new co-production of Porto Municipal Theatre with the Theatrical investigation Collective Confederação.

This show repeats Saturday at 7 pm.

The understage at Rivoli offers a wide range of choice in art and leisure, in an atmosphere of glamour, turning the theatre into a place of entertainment and culture.

The performance includes a corps de ballet, artful magicians and even the strongest man in the district of Bonfim, who will demonstrate his graceful feats.

The perfect host is, of course, Abelardo, life lover and not keen on meeting the afterlife, who states that everything one needs is to "make the necessary arrangements, have money in your pockets and be fully energised as of midnight we only stop at dawn".

Miguel Ramos is in charge of theatre staging and dramaturgy of this performance, featuring names as Rosário Melo, Ricardo Soares, Luís Ferraz, Bernardo Sarmento e Cláudia Gomes.

The show lasts about two hours.
