Porto maintains the presidency of Cité des Métiers International network

Porto has been unanimously voted to preside the Cité des Métiers International network for a period of three years at the Association's General Meeting Board.

Porto holds the presidency of this International network since 2014. The network consists of more than 40 cities all over the world. Its mission is to develop and promote the work of the various cites des Métiers, through knowledge sharing, good practice and the development of common projects.

The Cité des Métiers is an information and counselling platform for professional and training guidance, sponsored by Porto City Hall.

Headquartered at Rua das Flores, it streamlines monthly initiatives towards professional development, namely employability, entrepreneurship and the acquisition of key competences.

These events are free of charge.
