The nice sunny weather is back in town and so are the open air training activities. Brace yourselves, gear up and head to Palácio de Cristal, to Parque Oriental, to Pasteleira Park or to the City Park.

Last week, the adverse weather conditions led to the cancelation of such activities, but these next two days offer good weather and excellent opportunities to boost one's mental and physical wellness; the municipal programmes "Dias com Energia" and "Domingos em Forma" bring free open air activities in four green spaces in Porto.

Both initiatives are participation free, but due to the current public health threat, prior registration is mandatory and participation is limited to 20 people per class, to ensure social distancing.

Every week, those who wish to participate must send an email to desporto@agoraporto.pt indicating name, age and chosen class.

These two municipal programmes comply with all the preventive measures in place under the Covid-19 pandemic, issued by the government. As such, classes are performed outdoors and the sharing of equipment is forbidden.
