Crafts Fair and Handcrafts Street Market on the agenda for this weekend

Arts and crafts, antiquities, second-hand and vintage items, designer objects, organically produced food, and many others, meld together for the public at urban markets this weekend in the city of Porto, continuing the tradition to enliven the city.

This weekend offers an array of market options, ranging from open-air food markets to indoor markets.

Craft Market of Porto | Parada de Leitão Square | 19-20 January 

Every Friday and Saturday, the Craft Market of Porto settles at Parada Leitão Square, where visitors can embrace the talent of over 80 artists and crafters.

Timetable: from 9 am to 6 pm

MarketPlace-Casual Style | Marquês de Pombal Square | 20 January

Street market for antiques and objects to collect, ceramics and porcelain, lace and embroidery, knick-knacks, vintage products, books, magazines, comics, costume jewellery, inter alia.

Timetable: from noon to 5.30 pm

Antiques and Junk Market | Francisco Sá Carneiro Square | 20 January

The third Saturday of each month, all sorts attend this market, for unique handmade products or vintage items.

Timetable: from 8 am to 8 pm.

Porto Belo Market | Carlos Alberto Square | 20 January

One of the first street markets in town, brings articles from old days, and market stalls are filled with vinyl records and CDs, handicraft and biological products, vintage garments and antiquities, just to name a few.

Also, there is always a nice cosy area for relaxing to the tune of lounge music.

Timetable: from 10 am to 7 pm.

Antiques & Vintage Fair | Espaço Armazém, Miragaia | 20-21 January

Every third weekend of the month, this flea market offers an array of second-hand products, presented by 50 markets vendors.
Entrance is free and there is an entertainment programme at the venue. 

Timetable: Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm; Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.

Pink Market | Edifício Transparente | 20-21 January

The third weekend of the month, the Pink Market features a special sales edition. Fashion, art, antiquities and smacks, are the menu of the day, filled with Children's entertainment.

Timetable: from 11 am to 6 pm.

Families on the streets | Galerias de Paris Street | 21 January

The third Sunday in January hosts the first 2018 edition of a fair that is already set up in the agenda in Downtown Porto.
Stroll around Galerias de Paris streets and discover the crafts of old things and unique handmade products. 

Timetable: from 10 am to 7 pm

It should be spotlighted that outdoor events are directly dependent on favourable weather conditions.
