Bea World Festival goes global in Porto

Representatives of events agencies all around the world were present at the Rivoli Theatre. This was the highlight of this festival that chose Porto as a host city of its 12nd edition, the first with a global context.

Salvatore Sagone, from Bea World organisation emphasised "the inspiring days lived in this delightful city" and Mayor Rui Moreira couldn't agree more, by stating how good it feels to be the mayor of such "a beautiful city as Porto", made of "friendly people", and other attributes that make Porto such a special place.

The prize award ceremony distinguished several projects in different categories. Portugal was represented by 5 finalists out of 100 participants. T&M - Trajectórias e Melodias won Best Public Event with the tourism project "The Presidential".

Also, UP Partner was awarded bronze, in the "Team Building" category with Nestlé Portugal.

Bea World Festival 2017 closes Saturday with a special sightseeing programme. After three networking days, presentation of case-studies and prizes, the best world events industries spotlight the best in this region.
