"You're Welcome" by Rebecca Panian won Best International Fiction Prize at Porto7

The film "You're Welcome", by German Director Rebecca Panian, was awarded Best International Fiction, at Porto 7 - International Short Film Festival.

This film is based on a true story. A young woman, Olivia, wants to enjoy a peaceful moment, drinking her coffee but she sees herself in the middle of a situation where people start to stir up hatred against refugees - what do you do?

The International Short Film Festival of Porto - Porto7 - took place from 13 to 17 June at Castelo da Foz, in Porto and included eight sessions, with the screening of 59 short films, from 28 different nationalities.

The short "Your Turn" by David Rebordão won the Best National Drama and "Letters", produced in Russia, by film director Alexander Savarsky, won Best Animation Category.

"Winter in Lviv", coproduced in Ukraine and in Germany, by Till Mayer and Pirmin Styrnol, was selected Best Documentary and the script for the film "Minotauro" by the Spanish Director Daniel Díez Colinas was awarded in the Best Script Category.
