The winners of the Call for Art of the Happy Together Programme, linking artistic work with critical rhetoric, around the overarching theme "Common Happiness" were announced and the exhibition of the winning projects will be on display on 4 November, the eve of the opening session of this year's edition of the Forum of the Future, which will take place from 5 to 11 November.

The three winning works are "Amazónia não é uma ficção", by Tiago Cadete, "A Amazónia é o sítio mais triste do mundo", by Sónia Baptista jointly with Carolina Campos and Júlia Rocha, and "Horto - uma forma que vem do toque", by Guilherme de Sousa and Pedro Azevedo.

The Happy Together Programme is promoted by mala voadora in partnership with the Cultural Department from Porto City Hall.

Each selected project will receive a grant of 1.500 euros.

This year's edition of the forum of the Future, themed "Electric Earth" will focus on the issue of the Anthropocene, and on how social tensions meddle with structural balances at planetary level. Debates will also centre on human impact on nature, ecology, human rights and technology and sexuality as well.
