The opportunity to gather and practice outdoor group exercise routines is on again, under the municipal programme Days with Energy (Dias com Energia) and Sundays in Shape (Domingos em Forma), as the final phase of the easing of lockdown enters into effect. This weekend, due to the adverse weather forecast, all activities will be held indoors, in municipal pavilions to guarantee the participant's comfort. Participation requires prior registration via email desporto@agoraporto.pt

These programmes are held every Saturday and Sunday mornings, offering participants free sessions of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and Walks.

All activities are held in compliance with the health measures issued by the DGS. Access is free, as usual, but due to the pandemic, the number of participants is limited, social distancing must be observed and registration is mandatory.

The Municipal Programme "Days with Energy" is a municipal project aimed at promoting physical activity and raising awareness on the importance of staying active and living a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to the usual sessions at the Fontes Pereira de Melo Pavilion, the programme will extend to three other pavilions within the municipal network - Lagarteiro, Nicolau Nasoni and Viso - under a partnership with the Department for Social Cohesion and the AIIA Programme (Integrated Approach towards Active Inclusion) and the "Porto com Corpo & Alma" activity.

SATURDAY

Pavilhão Fontes Pereira de Melo (replacing the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal):

- 9 am: Pilates

- 10 am: Yoga

- 11 am: Tai Chi

Pavilhão do Lagarteiro (replacing Parque da Pasteleira):

- 9.30 am: Pilates

- 11 am: Yoga

Pavilhão Nicolau Nasoni (replacing Parque da Pasteleira):

- 9.30 am: Yoga

- 11 am: Pilates

Pavilhão do Viso (replacing Parque Oriental)

- 9.30 am: Yoga

- 11 am: Tai Chi

SUNDAY

Pavilhão Fontes Pereira de Melo (replacing Parque da Cidade):

- 9.30 am: Tai Chi

- 11 am: de Rose Method
