Travel+Leisure spotlights Porto as one of the top 15 European Cities for 2017

The magazine that specializes in leisure travel and destination guides, Travel+Leisure, spotlighted the city of Porto in "The Top 15 Cities in Europe" list.

Porto is described as a city in a country with "European metropolitan greatness".

This list is based on readers' opinions on issues as food, cultural heritage, and friendliness of its people, architecture and global value.

Porto, which has been awarded the title "European Best Destination 2017" for the third time, is presented as a place rich in art, history, architecture, and food by T+L readers and one of the most exciting places to visit.

T+L had already selected Portugal, according to reader's ranking, as its 2016 Destination of the Year.
