The University of Porto is one of the most favoured institutions by international graduates

The first phase of the Special Regime for non-Portuguese nationals to access Higher Education in the University of Porto for the Academic year 2019/2020 commenced on 2 January.

In total, the University of Porto provides 763 university places for international students only, a number that clearly surpasses the 567 places made available the previous school year, of which 478 have been filled.

The course places cover the record number of 50 out of the 52 courses of the undergraduate level and the Integrated Master's Degree.

This first application stage will run till 1 march, offering 452 places, and the remaining places will be made available in two different phases, from 2 march to 13 May (2nd phase) and from 14 May to 18 July (3rd phase).

Each faculty may have a different timetable regarding application phases.
