The Rectory of the University of Porto screens the best of IndieLisboa 2019

For approximately one month and a half, the Casa Comum of the Rectory of the University of Porto will transform into a movie theatre to screen the best of IndieLisboa 2019- International Cinema Festival.

Every Friday, there will be free film sessions to attend to at the UP Rectory, including drama and documentaries, animation films, experimental films, short and feature films from the IndieLisboa 2019. This is a unique opportunity to view such films as many of them do not enter the distribution channels.

The films' screening kick off on 7 June, at 9.30pm, with the screening of the documentary "L'Île au Trésor", by Guillaume Brac.

On 14 June the feature film "A minha Avó Trelototó", by Catarina Ruivo, the short films "Guaxuma", "The Girl with Two Heads"; on 21 June the screening of "Swatted e Sete Anos em Maio", on 28 June, the feature film "Bait", by Mark Jenkin and the Brazilian film "Temporada", by André Novais Oliveira, on 5 July.

The IndieLisboa | Extension U.Porto concludes on 12 July, with the screening of "Batida de Lisboa", a film by Rita Maia and Vasco Viana, winner of the IndieLisboa 2019 IndieMusic category.

All sessions start at 9.30pm and entrance is free.
