TEDxPorto is back on 13 April and the talk will be on "Is it Natural?"
The coming TEDxPorto edition brings novelties over a two-day event. The first day of the conference consists of workshops and the second comprises the TED Talks. This event takes place at Casa da Música.
TED stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design. It is a non-profit organisation, founded in Vancouver in 1984. Its main goal is to "spread good ideas", by welcoming people from all fields of knowledge and culture who seek to have an important impact on the world.
The motto "Is it Natural?" intends to spark conversation and widen the debate on the state of the world, which is the "consequence of continuous exponential growth. "Have humans gone too far? What are the advantages and shortcomings of this ever more complex world? Is that the reason why we look for "natural" experiences and leaner concepts for achieving genuineness?"
The panel of speakers will be dully announced.
The tickets for the conference are now on sale, and the ticket price will gradually increase till the day of the event.
