Starting kick for the EUSA Football 2017

About 500 participants paraded last night on Avenida dos Aliados, at the opening ceremony of the European Collegiate Football, which will be held in the city until July 30.

Delegations of 14 countries are in town to take part in the 12th Collegiate Football Championship. The city of Porto will host 28 teams -12 women's teams and 16 men's teams.

The matches will be played on the artificial surface of the Ramalde Sports Park, an infrastructure that was refurbished by the municipality.

The EUSA Football 2017 is organised by the Academic federation of Porto and by Academic Federation of Collegiate Sports (FADU Portugal), under the purview of the European Association of Collegiate Sports (EUSA) and the support of Porto City Hall.
