Porto University alumnus creates smart business to save the world

Tiago Sá, co-founder of Wisecrop, is one of such talents included in the top "30 under 30 Europe", presenting the best European social entrepreneurs that are "leveraging business smarts to save the world".

Wisecrop is one of the 180 companies to settle at UPTEC - Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto. The CEO, Tiago Sá graduated at the Engineering Faculty of the University of Porto (FEUP), where he studied electrical engineering and computer programming.

In 2013, Tiago Sá founded Wisecrop, which develops systems to increase farmer production, by providing real-time data and remote management. The startup has already won several awards over the past few years and its work has been highlighted in a number of publications both national and international.
