The city of Porto will be represented in the 3rd edition of the Portugal Real Estate Summit, which takes place in Estoril, as of this afternoon.
InvestPorto is the entity from the city of Porto to showcase the municipal strategy, regarding talent attraction.

"This is the most relevant forum regarding real estate investment in the Iberian Peninsula", as stated by the organisation.

At a time when Porto is attracting increasing numbers of international investors, talent capture is one of the major issues for the attraction of foreign investment in the city.

Therefore, councillor for Economy, Tourism and Trade, Ricardo Valente, and councillor for Town Planning, Public Spaces and Patrimony, Pedro Baganha will participate in the Forum under the main theme "Porto - a Magnet for Investment".

On 18 September, Councillor Ricardo Valente will deliver a lecture at the session "Lisbon & Porto: Competing in the international arena for talent!"

This event is organised by the Iberian Property platform, and the main goal is to provide quality information on the Portuguese real estate market as well as to serve as a meeting point between the relevant decision-makers of the industry.

This is also proof of the international projection of Portuguese real estate. Over 300 participants take part in this forum, from twenty countries, such as China, Australia, South Africa, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain.
