The festival Porto / Post / Doc closed, December 3, at the Rivoli, with the screening of the film "Bowie, l'homme cent visages or le fantôme d'Hérouville" (2015), by Gaetan Chataigner and Christophe Conte.

David Bowie appears as a ghost and ubiquitous character in this film about pop culture and contemporary art, fashion and dance. On the basis of this idea, the filmmakers structure the interviews with several of Bowie's collaborators in a castle, the mythical studios of the Hérouville castle on the outskirts of Paris, where David Bowie composed and recorded two of his albums in the 1970s.

This Cinéma du Réel festival is sponsored by Porto City Hall.

With exhibitions at Rivoli, Cinema Passos Manuel and Maus Hábitos - Espaço de Intervenção Cultural, offers an intensive eclectic film selection.

The 2016 Porto / Post / Doc programming featured about 100 films from 31 countries and four continents, of which 41 are feature films and 44 short films, three presented in a world premiere and three in a European premiere. The Festival had a total of 39 national premieres.

The festival also included the presence of about 200 national and international guests, from directors, producers, directors of other festivals to journalists and partner organizations.
