Porto plays host to 1st Edition of BEAST from 21 to 24 September

Porto hosts the debut of BEAST - International Film Festival, between 21 and 24 September. The opening session is scheduled for 21 September at 9.30 pm in Rivoli, with the national premiere of "All These Sleepless Nights", by Michal Marczak, a cinematographic work ranging from fiction to documentary, portraying the life of two young art students through Warsaw's night.
Four four days, Rivoli, Cinema Trindade, Passos Manuel and Almeida Garrett will screen East European films with the aim of transforming Porto in the centre of European Cinematography.
The competition categories include "EastWave", "EastDoc" and "ExperimentalEAST".
Audio in Polish and Subtitles in Portuguese and English.
