Political Science subject brings college students from Missouri to the Council Chambers

It is already a tradition, and it has been carried out again this year. A group of students from William Jewell College, in Missouri, United States of America, was received at the Council Chambers, by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira.

The initiative takes place, for the sixth time, within the scope of the Political Science and International Relations subjects, taught by the former ambassador of the United States of America in Portugal, Allan Katz, and aims to allow students to learn about history and culture, but also on the country’s politics and business.

In addition to the Council Chambers, the visit usually includes other institutions like Porto Business School, Faculty of Economics – University of Porto and UPTEC – Science and Technology Park of University of Porto.
