iTMOi by Akram Khan presented at Rivoli March 9 and 10

The National Ballet Company features iTMOI- in The Mind of Igor, with choreography by Akram Khan, at Rivoli, March 9 and 10, at 9:30 pm.

This choreography invites the audience to experience the dynamics of Stravinsky's classical world of music by evoking emotions through patterns, in the concept of a woman dancing herself to death. 

"This approach is a huge inspiration to me", Akram Khan declared. 

Akram Khan is one of the most celebrated and respected dance artists in the present day. His work has significantly contributed to the arts in the UK and abroad. 

His reputation has been built on the success relevant productions such as Until the Lions, DESH, iTMOi, Vertical Road, Gnosis and zero degrees.
