The "Festival de Francesinhas" is back in downtown Porto from 27 September to 7 October, at D. João I Square.
This gastronomic event gathers some of the most renowned restaurants and breweries in the city of Porto.
The 11-day Festival will offer visitors and Francesinha lovers delicious dishes and snacks. Be ready to savour traditional recipes with a big choice of beers. Candy and ice-cream made of boutique beer are some dessert tips.
Master Chefs will be on site to reinterpret this iconic dish of Porto. Show cooking, entertainment and live music add to the festival's programme.
TIMETABLE:
27 September (Opening day):
Monday till Friday: 12 noon till 5 pm, free entrance
Fridays, Saturdays: 12 noon till 12 midnight, entrance costs three euros
Sunday: 12 noon till 1 pm, entrance costs three euros
