Exhibition "5º CADERNO - Essay on the archives of Rivoli", by Nuno Coelho in Rivoli until March 16

The exhibition themed "5º CADERNO - Essay on the archives of Rivoli", by Nuno Coelho is on view at the Rivoli, in the foyer on the 3rd floor, until March 16th. 

This project offers a journey into the historical and cultural past of theatre activities, through physical vestiges that seemed hopelessly deemed to oblivion, namely dossiers, posters, programs, photographs, papers and letters, but also some documents externally recovered.

Nuno Coelho is the author of this project, which aims at providing a subjective reading and interpretation on what the Rivoli archives were since inception to present time.

Nuno Coelho is a designer, a researcher and Professor at the University of Coimbra (UC). He holds a PhD in Contemporary Art from the UC, a Master's Degree in Design and Graphic Production from the University of Barcelona and a degree in Communication / Graphic Design from the University of Porto.
