"It looks even prettier than it looked last time", avowed Anthony Bourdain in Porto, when recording the final episode of season nine of "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown".

Maybe Bourdain has the best job in the world: he is constantly traveling around the world and eating. While at it, he still takes time to savour different cultures and ways of living.

The "Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown" is an original like Bourdain himself. When watching his shows, one can taste the world-renowned chef's taste for the world, its foods and peoples. Everything from soup to nuts, you name it, Anthony Bourdain is the big enchilada in the world of chefs.

Bourdain is bluntly polite. Always! We can see it in his eyes as he talks and eats with anonymous people that share his table. And this might very well be one of the reasons for his show to be a smashing hit all around the globe. The show has won 5 Emmy Awards, garnered 11 nominations for writing, sound mixing, editing and cinematography, as well as a 2013 Peabody Award.

This time round, Sunday, 25 June, on CNN, Parts Unknown explores the Porto way of life, which puts a premium on savouring traditional "Francesinha" (Little French in English), or tripe Porto Style.

One should always save the best for last  so, Season nine ends with this episode in this seaside city of Porto, Portugal, where "Tony meets old friends, good food and a wonderful way of life".
