The celebration of this festive season kicked-off on 1 December, in the city of Porto, at Avenida dos Aliados, with lots of events and family programmes, full of light, spectacle and entertainment.

The programme prepared by Porto City Hall will continue till 7 January. The highlight is this coming weekend, 30 and 31 December, with S. Silvestre race and the evening concert on Saturday and New Year's Eve with Aurea and Amor Electro on stage at Aliados, plus alternative stages featuring a DJ music selection on Sunday.
