Caricature exhibition renders amazing images of Cristiano Ronaldo in Porto

The Alameda Shop & Spot in Porto showcases a dozen of cartoons and caricatures of Cristiano Ronaldo, the planetary football star, which will be on show the entire month of August.

This exhibit is held in the framework of the PortoCartoon World Festival and the caricatures are part of the Special Caricature Prize 2019, which was organised by the National Press Museum (NPM).

A protocol was celebrated between the NPM and the Shopping Centre so as to create an "Art spot" and to showcase twelve PortoCartoon exhibitions.

This exhibition has already been displayed in Brazil and in the Island of Madeira, on the occasion of the naming of the Airport of Madeira "International Airport Cristiano Ronaldo".

Ronaldo has drawn the attention of artists from several countries, namely Germany, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Egypt, Scotland, Spain, Finland, Iran, Italy, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Thailand, Turkey and Ukraine.

The exhibit "Cristiano Ronaldo in the International Caricature" will be on display at the "Art Spot", on the 3rd floor of the Alameda Shop & Spot till 31 August.
