The 13th Edition of the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards distinguished with a Golden Dolphin the promotional film “The Majestic Adventures of Ofelia de Souza”, by Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal.

The festival sets the world standard for corporate films and, annually, distinguishes the world’s best videos in this area, documentaries, and reports. This Edition received around 800 entries from over 40 countries. In the same category, a Golden Dolphin was also awarded to the video “Cascais Remote Workers”, by Turismo de Cascais.

“The Majestic Adventures of Ofelia de Souza” has earned major international distinctions, having already been awarded at the New York Festival TV & Film Awards, with a “Gold Trophy”, in the “Corporate Image” category. It has also reached first place in five different categories at the “Vegas Movie Awards”, also in the USA, in addition to the “Gothamite monthly film awards”, where it won the “Best Commercial of the Month”, and “Best First-time director of the month”, at the “Kiez Berlin Film Festival”, where it was distinguished as “Best First Time Director” and at the “Manhheim Arts and Film Festival” 2021, where it was considered the Best Travel Film.

The promotional film, signed by Kobu Agency, is especially aimed at the “Meeting & Industry” segment and highlights Ofélia de Souza, a 72-year-old experienced event organizer and epicurean, in a distinguished role as ambassador of Turismo do Porto e Norte and which launches a suggestion question: “Why choose Porto and North of Portugal for your event?”.
