Art pharmacy is the topic of the thematic tour at the Pharmacy Museum

The "Museu da Farmácia", in Porto, hosts a thematic visit under the "Art and Health" topics, on 24th August to mark the Day of the Artist.
This tour offers visitors a journey through time and the way art intertwined with health throughout the centuries. 

Expect no less than a time travel to uncover artistic displays related to the history of health and pharmacies, featuring artistic demonstrations of Egypt, religion iconography, Italian Mojolica and central elements of exotic central pharmacy.

This thematic tour encompasses the Pharmacy Museum ?goal of disseminating the history of pharmacy and health through time and that are part of its permanent exhibition.

Applications through museudafarmacia@anf.pt. The visits lasts for 60 minutes and it is available to a maximum number of 15 visitors.
