Applications for the Best of Wine Tourism 2018 awards until 31 July

Great Wine Capitals Global Network, formed by nine cities/regions, namely Adelaide - South Australia; Bilbao - Rioja; Bordeaux; Mainz - Rheinhessen; Mendoza; Porto; San Francisco - Napa Valley; Valparaíso - Casablanca Valley; and Verona is promoting another edition of the Best of Wine Tourism awards.

Porto was the host city for 2016 edition themed Wine and Nature. This year, the host city is Valparaiso in Chile.

These awards are for all the wineries of Douro and Porto and Vinho Verde, well known for their tourist hospitality and that fall into the categories of accommodation, wine restaurants, architecture and landscape, art and culture, innovative enotourism experiences, enotourism services, and sustainable wine tourism practises.

Applications for the Best of Wine Tourism 2018 awards end 31 July.
