The international authorities in the Invicta were unanimous in the compliments on the organisation role, namely Porto City Hall who was key in the assembly of the Fan Zones, Bufuring Zones, Fan Walks, accessibilities, propaganda control, City Dressing, civil protection, safety and security and cleanliness. It is worth mentioning that each day, the city woke up already cleaned up.

Cristiano Ronaldo was also surprised on the way the city of Porto experienced this competition, with fair-play. It should be highlighted that the City Hall was prepared to light the building's façade with the colours of the Dutch team, should they had won the Final.

In 2020, Porto will host its first European Final, in August.
