The UEFA Nations League kicks off today in Porto, with the first match, the semi-final between Portugal and Switzerland to be played at the Dragão Stadium, at 7.45pm.

The final four of the inaugural season of the UEFA Nations League runs from 5 to 9 June and features matches in Porto and in Guimarães.

If you don't have a ticket to the match, enhance your matchday experience by watching the game live at the Aliados and at the Municipal Park of the Customs Building, where three giant screens (two at Aliados and one at the Customs) will provide the live broadcasting of all the games of this competition.

We are talking about 100 thousand football fans that are in Porto to watch the UEFA Nations League Football competition, and who have sold out hotel room demand in the Invicta and in the neighbouring cities.

This information is provided by the Tourism of Porto and Northern Portugal (TPNP) in a statement, adding that "this is a month of June that will be historic tourism wise, first with the Rally of Portugal, and now the UEFA Nations League, and next week the Festival of the popular saints", enthuses Luís Pedro Martins, President of TPNP.

The Football teams of Portugal, Switzerland, Holland and England will play the final four of the inaugural season of the UEFA Nations League in the cities of Porto and Guimarães.

The four group winners of League A qualify for the Nations League Finals in June 2019, which is played in a knockout format, consisting of the semi-finals, third place play-off, and final.

"This is the first time that the city of Porto hosts such a sports event and we will also host the 2020 UEFA Super Cup. In two years' time, no such thing had ever happened in Porto", Mayor Rui Moreira enthused,

"A lot has been done already; we do not work on the spur of the moment. This is not smoke and mirrors or for the sake of appearances. It is an event to be enjoyed by everyone", declared Rui Moreira on the occasion of the tournament presentation last 12 of April, at the City Hall, in Porto.

The "Fan Meeting Points" are set at Avenida dos Aliados and at Francisco Sá Carneiro Square (aka Praça Velásquez) for Portuguese fans. Swiss fans will meet at Porto Customs and at Bonjóia.

In Guimarães, the British fans will gather at the Multiusos de Guimarães and the Dutch fans at the City Park.

Tickets for the final four of the UEFA Nations League will be on sale at the UEFA website. Each fan can buy up to four tickets per match.

The novelty is the UEFA Super Sunday, comprising tickets that grant access to the final or to the third-place game.
