At national level - two years ago, Webhelp opened its facility in Lisbon - it employs 800 people.

In Porto, this investment project is being assisted by InvestPorto, the municipal advice bureau to support the city's economic development.

On the location choice for Webhelp in Porto, Benoist Voldie, the company's local manager states that the city showcases a range of "above average global infrastructure" and also professionals of acknowledge quality, "so much so that a consumer in France cannot tell the difference when served by a French or by a Portuguese."

Since it was founded, Webhelp has grown significantly and has now locations in more than 28 countries, and it employees over 35 thousand workers.

This new location in Porto proves that the city and the northern region of Portugal provide the required analytical and operating capability for Webhelp to deliver truly transformational customer experience outsourcing.
