Youth aged 29 and less, who are in a NEET situation (acronym for "Not in Education, Employment, or Training"), can find a job opportunity with the support of Porto City Hall and the Cité des Métiers. Workshops are ongoing this month of May.

People who are unemployed and not receiving an education or vocational training can participate in a workshop promoted by the Cité des Métiers and the Municipality of Porto to learn, for example, how to build a CV, on 24 May, in partnership with the Get Boarded, between 2 pm and 4 pm. Sessions are free, but registration is mandatory.

This session teaches youth how to structure a CV, namely which information is more relevant when applying for a job.

This was also a time to get to know the scholarship grants under the programme “Porto de Conhecimento”, awarded by Private Higher Institutions, partners of the Municipality of Porto, as well as scholarships by the University of Porto.

The workshop, organised in the context of the AIIA Programme – Integrated Approach for an Active Inclusion, takes place in the Microsoft Teams platform.

For further information, contact the team of the Cité des Métires (Cidade das Profissões), via the phone numbers 223 392 360or the email cidadedasprofissoes@cm-porto.pt.
