Porto Extreme XL Lagares is back to Ribeira do Porto on May 8th, from 2 pm and 7 pm. Porto Extreme XL Lagares, one of the most thrilling Enduro races and this year's edition brings together the best riders from 20 different nationalities. Out of the 400 available places to compete, there are only 50 left.

The Portuguese race that scores for the World Enduro Championship sprints through Porto and other three cities, namely Vila Nova de Gaia, Paredes and Penafiel.

The itinerary of Ribeira do Porto of considered a particularly challenging itinerary, and regarded by many as the most difficult route of the entire series.

Drivers that have already confirmed their presence in the competition are the German Manuel Lettenbichler (KTM), the Spanish Mário Roman (Sherco), winner to the last edition and also the British Graham Jarvis (Husqvarna) and Jonny Walker (KTM), among many others.

In 2020, the Hard Enduro Worls Race features eight competitions, between May and October: in Portugal (Porto Extreme XL Lagares), France (Trefle Lozerien AMV), Austria (Erzbergrodeo Red Bull Hare Scramble), Poland (Red Bull 111 Megawatt), Romania (Red Bull Romaniacs), United States (Tennessee Knockout), Great Britain (Hawkstone Park Cross-Country) and Spain (Hixpania Hard Enduro).
