The third edition of the programme to integrate migrants into the labour market kicks off on 4 March. As part of the city's strategy to attract, develop and retain talent, as well as social cohesion and professional integration, Porto_4_All offers free training in Portuguese and English to 50 people from the migrant community. Registration are now open.

Over the course of nine sessions, migrants will have access to information and clarification about the labour market in Portugal, while at the same time developing employability skills to facilitate their professional integration process.

The Porto_4_All programme will focus on topics such as 'The rights and duties of migrant workers in Portugal', 'Self-knowledge as a tool for defining professional goals and skills', 'Job search documents and where to look', 'Communicating your professional goal', 'How to approach the labour market', 'Communication - individual presentation sessions (pitch)' and 'What companies value when hiring'.

In the end, the initiative organises a recruitment and networking event between the participants and companies in the city. The full programme can be found in the attached document.

Porto-4-All is aimed at migrants who live and are in the process of looking for a job in the city of Porto (preferential factor), and have their situation regularised in Portugal (e.g. expression of interest and/or proof of residence permit, etc.) and understand Portuguese or English (mandatory requirement).
