The University of Porto showcases in India at the QS World University Tour

Asia is the next destination for the University of Porto, which is set to leave to India from 18 until 25 May, to take part in the "QS World University Tour".

U.Porto is the only Portuguese higher education institution to set presence in the event to promote its educational offer and post-graduate studies.

The number of Indian students that choose Porto to complete their studies has increased in the past years. In the academic year 2018/2019, the University of Porto welcomed 16 students from India, Kamal and Arjun, who are completing their doctoral and master level, respectively, in a university "where the quality of teaching excels".

Both the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto will be present at the international fair "QS World University Tour" to showcase the university's educational offer.

The fair begins on 18 May, from 12.30pm until 6pm in Mumbai (Bombay) at the Taj Lands End Hotel.

On 20 May, the UP representatives move to New Delhi, at the Shangri-La Eros Hotel, from 2.30pm and 8pm.

On 22 May, the event takes place in Hyderabad, at Radisson Hyderabad HITEC, from 3pm until 8pm. The city is sited for its information technology and training centre.

The last session occurs on 25 May, in Bangalore, at the Taj MG Road Bengaluru, between 12.30pm and 8pm.
