The city is already preparing for the last night of the year. To say goodbye to 2023 and welcome 2024 partying, Porto has Richie Campbell, Carolina Deslandes, Jimmy P and We Trust to play four great concerts on the two stages set up. At midnight, all eyes will be on the Invicta sky for the traditional fireworks show, that will be launched from Praça da República.

With music back to Avenida dos Aliados, We Trust will start warming up the night at 10:30 p.m.. André Tentugal’s alter ego project features songs known to everyone like "We Are The Ones" or "Better Not stop".

At 00:10 a.m., Richie Campbell goes on stage with reggae, dancehall, and R&B to make everyone dance to the rhythm of "Slowly" or "That’s How We Roll".

For the most resilient ones, the live act is ensured, all night long, by Zinko’s electronic music, considered one of the best DJs in Portugal.

New Year’s Eve in Porto also brings entertainment to Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. Carolina Deslandes is the first to go on stage set up in Praça do Rossio to make everyone sing her hits shared from the four albums of her career.

Already in 2024 and after ten years of rap from an artist playing at home: Jimmy P cheers up the gardens with all the musical influences that have placed many of his themes on national tops.

On both stages, the OCUBO collective will perform the multimedia show “Porto Amado” that will serve as a countdown, starting at 11:50 p.m.. At Praça da República, the countdown is made with humour with a special guest: Francisco Menezes.

New Year, but the tradition remains, and the city is full of classics: on the 1st of January, the Banda Sinfónica Portuguesa presents, from 4:00 p.m. on, the Concerto de Ano Novo, on Avenida dos Aliados.

Entry to all venues is free.
