Do you remember that time we were together and dance this or that?

Clara Amaral preparou esta performance de uma forma inusitada; em lugar de apresentar uma publicação material, a coreógrafa e a segunda performer - Sónia Baptista - decoraram o texto e este é dito oralmente, em sessões individuais, com a duração de 30 minutos. Para ver e ouvir nos Corredores 3º & 4º Piso, do Rivoli, nos dias 20 e 21 de novembro. A performance tem início às 18 horas.

To remember a dance by remembering the counts, the space, the feeling. Also, the sweat, the steps and context; to remember the memory of what we remember dancing, the ones that we danced with or imagined while dancing. To remember a dance that we never really danced. Dancing as a fake title, an imagination, fantasy and fiction.

Em Portugal, este trabalho foi apresentado no Festival Temps D'Image em Lisboa (2018) e no Festival Circular em Vila do Conde (2018).

Clara Amaral nasceu no Fundão em 1984. Em 2013 terminou a sua licenciatura em coreografia no SNDO (School for New Dance Development) em Amesterdão. Em 2014 foi bolseira da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian para participar no ImpulsTanz em Vienna, no programa DanceWeb.
