U.Porto new students welcome kit is available for pick up following pandemic interruption

The offer of the welcome kits to the 2020/2021 UP new students will be resumed from 7 to 25 June, at the Loja da Universidade, upon presentation of the respective voucher. The distribution had been interrupted last October, owing to the pandemic.

The University of Porto will resume, starting today, 7 June, the offer of the Welcome kit to the UP’s 2020/2021 new students that did not have the opportunity to collect them during the first delivery phase, which started last October and was interrupted due to the Covdi-19 pandemic.

The UP welcome kit features a t-shirt, a tote bag, and a binder and it is an exclusive offer to the students that are enrolled for the first time – in the current academic year – in the Bachelor, Master and Doctorate programmes of the U.Porto.

The delivery of the kits is done until 25 June, in-person, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, at the U.Porto (located at the Rectory building, at Gomes Teixeira Square).

How to get the welcome kit?

In order to get the welcome “gift” from the University of Porto, the students who have not yet done it, must get the voucher at up.pt/welcome. It must, then, be presented (in printed or pdf format) at the Loja da U.Porto desk, in order to be validated (via a QR Code) and upon presentation of an identification card.

Once the voucher is validated, the student will receive his/her kit, including a t-shirt.
