Treblinka by Sérgio Tréfaut is screened in Campo Alegre Municipal Theatre until 19 July. Film shows begins at 10 pm.

This documentary film depicts the survival story of Polish Jew Chil Meyer Rajchman, who survived the death camp Treblinka.

The movie was released in France in 2016 and recalls the horrors and Rajchman's miraculous escape from the Nazi camp.

"The sad wagons hauled me to this place, they come from everywhere: from east and west, from north and south, from day to night, from all seasons: Spring, summer, autumn, winter. Treblinka thrives with each passing day. The more they arrive, the more Treblinka can absorb", says Chil Meyer Rajchman in his memoirs.

Actors Isabel Ruth and Kiril Kashlikov voice this ghost ride to the death camps.

Treblinka was writen and directed by Sérgio Tréfaut.
