The sixth Edition of the Iberian Festival Awards features three Porto events in the run for the Best Non-Musical Festival award.

It’s not one, or two, but three: this is the number of events that take place in Porto and are nominated for the Best Non-Musical Festival award, in the sixth edition of the Iberian Festival Awards.

DDD – Festival Dias da Dança, Porto Beer Fest and Trengo – Festival de Circo do Porto are the three events in Porto nominated for the award. The Iberian Festival Awards, organized by APORFEST – Associação Portuguesa dos Festivais de Música, distinguish annually the best music festivals and events in Portugal, Spain and in the Portuguese-speaking and Hispanic world.

In this sixth edition there will be prizes in 20 categories, to which two prizes for excellence will be added. The public is invited to vote for the winners of 11 categories on an online platform.

The voting period runs until January 31st and the winners will be announced on March 26th at Lispolis Auditorium Gala, in Lisbon.

In the last Edition of the Iberian Festival Awards, the Festas de São João do Porto were awarded in the category of Best Festivity.
