Blip, Tech Company from Porto, has nearly 300 employees and achieved first place in the "100 Best companies to work for" ranking from Exame magazine.

The company also leads in the workspace and Personal growth categories.

Relaxation, informality, and fun accompany hard and methodical work that deserves recognition.

Blip specialises in Internet and mobile phones software production, dedicated to the development of online games. 

"This company attracts younger people", according to newspaper Expresso. The workplace lacks nothing: a habitat aquarium in a room where employees can sit comfortably on a chair and relax, PlayStation, table football, darts, flippers, a piano, a pool table, and even a slider to get faster to the lower floor. 

Interior Bike Park, well equipped kitchen (oven, sink, exhaust system, gas water heater, fridge and cloth washing and drying machine, microwave, barbecue area, biological vegetable-garden are some extra features that the company offers to its employees. Fun and creativity run together.

Blip headquarters was inaugurated in 2016 in Bonfim, and the company moved to new premises as a result of Blip's exponential growth. This process was sponsored by Porto City Hall as it not only contributed to urban rehabilitation but also to job creation.

The company was established in 2009 by 3 friends and incubated in UPTEC - Science and Technology Park in Porto. In 2012, the company was acquired by the Paddy Power Betfair (PPB) Group, and today it is considered a high growth global company.

The "100 Best companies to work for" ranking from Exame magazine puts companies from Porto and the North of Portugal at the top of the list. Blip ranks first, KW Business ranks second and Hilti holds third position.
